To register and maintain a Garuda404 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Garuda404 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including during registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at random intervals as part of ongoing compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification or, if fraud is confirmed, permanent closure.
Garuda404 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration of an account does not constitute an obligation on the part of Garuda404 to accept any particular wager or to maintain the account indefinitely.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money deposits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Garuda404 will treat any action taken through your Account as authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security compromise prior to that action.
Garuda404 reserves the right to close dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months and holds a zero or near-zero balance. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.
Garuda404 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) through the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits as published on the Platform:
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Garuda404 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment source not belonging to the account holder, the funds will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Garuda404 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees arising from the payment provider's own fee structure are the responsibility of the Player. Processing times vary by method — e-wallets are typically instant, while bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. Players are responsible for any limits imposed by their own financial institutions.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered in the Player's name, or to an alternative method approved through the KYC verification process. Garuda404 does not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of Garuda404's compliance team. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
Garuda404 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Refer A Friend Programme: The MYR 38 referral reward is conditional on the referred friend completing registration, passing KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit of no less than RM 50. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified via their registered email address. During a suspension period, the Player's balance will be held and no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers will be processed. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored.
A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Garuda404 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to withdrawal eligibility requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garuda404 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Players acknowledge that they access the Platform from their own jurisdiction and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and Garuda404, the following resolution process applies:
